  1. We have inserted the floppy to update the software. The LCD has been showing "Program Download" for the last 45 minutes.

  3. Let me expand on this... The machine we received hasn't been working since we got it. We have been troubleshooting to get the machine to work, which included replacing said boards. We were able to get the machine on and the LCD did display but after turning it off and leaving it, we tried turning it on again and we got nothing. No power. We replaced the boards, the machine is now running but the LCD is showing ****. What is the next step here? One suggestion was that we update the firmware but we do not have the floppy disk to do that. What could have caused this to happen? There was no spill.
  4. We just purchased a Noritsu V30 and we've had a few issues. We've addressed most of them but now we have a problem with the display only showing "****" and nothing else. It is not responding to any input from the keys. When the machine is powered on, fan and motors are running but we cannot proceed as we are unable to go beyond the "****" on the screen. We had to replace the power supply board and power board 2. Do you folks have any insight into what is going on or how to fix this? Thank you.
