    Hello. On QSS3011 image correction pcb ARCNET is connected using network cable ( not optical fiber ) , so nothing to cut there. Fiber optic on printer control pcb could give other errors. D-ICE board has not optical fiber also.
    It is not ARCNET problem. Just your image processing board sometimes hangs and do not respond top minilab. That's the reason why you have ARCNET and LVDS communication errors with it. Try clean or replace RAM modules. On this printer used regular computer memory, so not necessary to search RAM from Noritsu. Try remove digital ICE pcb and print digital photo ( this board is only for scanner ) . Faulty digital ICE board can give image processing error. Check all power supply voltages on image processing pcb. Maybe one of them lower than should be. If all that will not help then have replace image processing pcb. Can use it from any QSS30xx.

    W2643 means P2RB replenisher pump (PU723) malfunctions. Can be pump malfunction due to bent or clogged hose, faulty replenishment pump (due to hardened bellows, faulty rotation sensor or motor), poorly connected or broken harness ( PU723 and PDB5 or PDB3 on PDB23 pcb, CTL12 on the CTL23 pcb and the PDB1 on PDB23 pcb,  CTL10 on CTL23 pcb and the JNE1 on JNE23 pcb ) . Also can be faulty PDB23, or CTL23 circuit board. First check do you have power supply on the pump. Then can see, what is wrong.

    On server can be used three software :
     C4/C5 software
    S2 software
    MS01 ( version 3.1, or 4.2 CD for XP ) .
    Which software you had? Server software depends what is installed on internal minilab computer.
    Do not recommend to use .tib file from other computer. There some setting will be different ( for example server name, network settings, user group and etc ) and your minilab ( or scanner ) have not communication with server. More easy to install Windows XP, make computer settings and install server software, which you need ( C4/C5, S2 or MS01 ) .
    If your computer is broken, but HD is working then make this HD image file. Then take any older computer and connect HD there. On BIOS settings choose IDE mode for SATA disk. Then run computer, find missing drivers, set network ( IP, mask )  and can work as you worked before.

    Fuji 330 has two computers - internal minilab computer and external computer ( server ) .
    On minilab computer can be used only Windows 2000. 
    On server can use any computer. On server can be installed Windows 2000, Windows XP , W7 32 bit, or W10 64.
    If you want on your server to use Windows XP SP3 then find any older PC, which can work on Windows XP. Motherboard should have XP drivers. 
    On server can be used C4/C5 ( the latest version ) , S2 software, or MS01 ( version 3.1, or 4.2 CD for XP ) . Server software depends what is installed on internal minilab computer.

    Fuji Frontier 340 ( SLP-1000 ) scanner has CCD 1448 × 2172 . Shifting length 5.27 μm. Can be these maximal resolutions :
    no pixel shifting (1-scanning) - 1448 × 2172 , small sizes
    1-pixel shifting (2-scanning) - 2048 × 3072 , middle sizes
    3-pixel shifting (4-scanning) - 2896 × 4344 , large sizes
    CCD proportions - 1 x 1.5 , so the biggest resolution can get from films, which has the same format proportions ( for example 6 x 9 120 film ) . To have biggest scanning resolution should be selected big print size ( 210 x 315 for 6 x 9 ) .
    Fuji SP3000 can be used with minilab, printer, or stand alone. SP3000 CCD has resolution 2048 x 1536 , Can be these maximal resolutions :
    1-scanning, no shift, 2048 x 1536, small sizes  
    2-scanning, shift 2.7 μm, 2048 x 3072, middle sizes  
    4-scanning, shift 5.4 μm, 4096 x 3072, middle sizes   
    8-scanning, shift 8.1 μm, 8192 x 6144, large sizes  
    CCD proportions - 1 x 1.333 , so the biggest resolution can get from films, which has the same format proportions ( for example 6 x 8, 6 x 4.5 120 film ) . To have biggest scanning resolution should be selected big print size ( 305 x 406.7 for 6 x 8, or 6 x 4.5 ) .
    It is impossible to get maximal resolution. To get it whole CCD should match frame. Really CCD doesn't match frame and all four CCD sides are not used ( can see on mask registration menu ) . When scanned large sizes for SP3000 these not used pixels should be multiplied at 8. CCD is moved, but some pixels can match ( will be on the same position ) . Also scanning resolution depends on used film. For example 6 x 6 frame is square, so even in theory on CCD can be used only 1536 x 1536 . Really pixels at the top and bottom will not be used, so real resolution will be less. 
    Scanning quality depends how scanner is adjusted. There are many settings and they can be used to reach the best scanning quality.

    How can be "everything OK", when you can't print? Which minilab and printer do you have? How connected - as tethered printer ( through scanner ) , or stand alone printer ( connected using FMPC ) .

    Replenishment rates and temperatures can be corrected on maintenance mode 2. Look service manual. There you find all settings.

    Look LED1 status on processor relay pcb. If it is dark , but CD temperature goes up then faulty processor relay pcb.

    Here all what I needed. Your minilab and workstation work, but you have not LAN connection between them. 
    Test network on workstation computer. To workstation connect some other computer, where set similar IP ( for example 192.9.200.15 ) and standard mask ( 255.255.255.0 ) . 
    Try to run ping both sides.
    On workstation computer press Start, run, type " ping 192.9.200.15 -t " and pres Enter. Your workstation computer should see new computer and shouldn't be errors.
    On other computer press Start, run, type " ping 192.9.200.11 -t " and pres Enter. Your other computer should see new computer and shouldn't be errors.
    If have errors - try replace LAN cable. There should be Ethernet crossover cable.
    If still have errors - your workstation LAN card doesn't work. Use PCI Ethernet card and set static address for it ( IP 192.9.200.11 and mask 255.255.255.0 ) . Then run ping again. If all OK - connect workstation computer to minilab and try to run ping again ( ping 192.9.200.51 -t ) . 
    If workstation computer works, but still do not see minilab computer then can be bad network settings on minilab computer, or not working LAN card. On minilab computer installed Linux, so you need to ask someone, who know this system.
    If on Linux IP and mask correct ( 192.9.200.51 and 255.255.255.0 ) then LAN card doesn't work. Can add PCI - LAN card and enter static address for it ( 192.9.200.51 and 255.255.255.0 ) . To install new card driver and set IP you need ask to help someone, who understand Linux ( RedHat Linux V9.0 ) .
    On R2 minilab computer and workstation computer used the same motherboard. Sorry, but on these motherboards not working LAN is typical fault. It is easy to add new LAN adapter on workstation ( Windows 2000, or Windows XP ) , but not so easy to do it on Linux computer.
    Before making experiments use Norton Ghost 11.5.1 ( can find it on Hiren’s Boot CD 10.6 and older ) and make HD image files for minilab computer and workstation. This way you save all and have not risk to destroy something.

    What is software version? Probably it is old. New software doesn't start, if do not see LAN connection. Old software starts.
    Can be many reasons why printer is offline. To say something need to know software version and minilab LCD status.

    Yes, Epson SL-D700 and Fuji DX-100 ( Frontier-S ) have the same hardware, the same errors numbers and the same adjustments. Service utility is different for Fuji and Epson.
    I have service utility for Fuji and Epson. Also have D700 service manual. Write private message, if need them.

    LP1500/LP2000 software upgrade to 7.7-0X-030 is on A1 CD for 350/370 version 7.7-0E-201 ( SP-1500/SP-2000 ) and on S9 ( 3.0-0E-511 ) . 
    MS01 version 3.1 and 4.2 for XP have upgrade tools for LP1500/LP2000. Hope there will be the same version.
    Software can't upgrade ROM version. Need replace chip to have version 2 there.

    All CCD data stored on CCD board. When you put other CCD you see message that data on HD and CCD board mismatch. Choose transfer CCD data into HD to match them. Just in case before changing CCD make scanner backup. When CCD is new it is supplied with floppy and you should load data from it.

    Optical magnification calibration is to find correct values for exact scanner zoom . They are to have positions, where zoom should stop to have correct magnification.
    For these zoom rates on 0347 menu need to make focus calibration ( to have similar focus when zoom is in different positions ) .
    0321 menu makes focus only on one zoom rate. Focus on other zoom positions depends how good it was calibrated on 0347.

    Focusing jig is to make optical magnification calibration (0346 menu) , focus calibration for each zoom rate (0347 menu) , optical axis adjustment (0345 menu) , see carrier inclination  (0342 menu) and few other. General focus can be corrected without chart - focus position adjustment (0321 menu) . Focus calibration for each zoom rate need to have good focus with all zoom rates. If magnification calibration missing scanner can't work ( have error ) . Have do these tests, or load settings from backup.

    Probably this .bin file store pixel replacement parameters. These settings can't cause this line. If to scan when selected small print size then micro-movement doesn't work.

    PZR_ADJ.BIN is stored on backup. It is one of files inside backup archive ( file In_Unit.001 ) .

    I saw white a little reddish, when CD was too strong. Look replenishment rates and check replenishment pumps. Also can be that CD was contaminated.
    It is easy to find out is bad white due CD, or other chemicals ( BF + STB ) . Have open processor top cover and put magnet on cover sensor ( minilab should see that cover is closed ) . Then run remove top turn rack, which is between rack 1 and rack 2 and run processor. Take piece of not processed paper and put into 2nd rack ( BF ) . Paper on output should be white. If not - problem with STB, or BF.
    If paper is white return turn rack and close processor. In dark room put piece of photographic paper into control strip holder. Then run minilab processor and put control strip holder into hole on processor top cover. Paper will be full processed. End of paper should be black ( it was fogged ) and other part ( which was inside holder ) should be white.

    Check feeding path switching paper sensors ( D770, D771, D772 ) and dryer section drive motor ( M770 ) . Go to input check and output check menu to test them.

    QSSShutdown starts when on COM port missing signal from UPS. Check connection on motherboard COM and on power supply.

    Anyway you need to check why have not communication between computer and image processing pcb. These boards are connected directly. When have 6901-0080 error can be bad ARCNET connection on PCI/ARCNET conversion pcb, bad ARCNET connection on image processing boards, missing power supply on image processing pcb doesn't work ( no response ) . 
    Check power suppliers on image processing section boards ( image processing, image correction, digital ice ) . Try connect ARCNET cables from image processing to different connectors ( on PCI/ARCNET conversion pcb ) , cut off ends of cables ( 90 degree, use special cutter ) .
    If all that will not help need reconnect ARCNET cables on image processing pcb. If will not work - try remove image correction and digital ICE pcb. If still will not work need check image processing pcb, or RAM ( if old model ) .

    Can be that have noise, but test software not always see it.
    GMB23 ( image box main board ) has internal software. It is loaded during software instillation. When board changed need run software upgrade for this board. Do not need full software  re-instillation. Need install software only on one board ( option from advanced instillation ) .
    To replace GMB23 is necessary full dissemble image box, so better to find other image box and test scanner with it. If software version is the same ( or similar ) then do not need to update.

    On SP3000 mainly noise give GPA23 and GIA23, but can be other problems ( RAM, GMB23 ) .
    If your image box has two GPA23 boards can test when removed one of them. Then test with other.
    Also try to clean RAM modules. Box can tested with one RAM module ( gives error, but can to scan ) . This way can test RAM modules.
    GIA23 is only one, so need replace, if want to test it. 
    GMB23 ( image box main board ) is programmable. It is hard to change it, so better to use for test other image box. Then you can 100% know what cause lines - box, or scanner unit.
