to anthy. did u try connect keyboard and mouse to your kodak kiosk then when you see the startup before the yellow bar try to press onhold"Ctrl Alt Del" if you see task manager go to files then new type"explorer"then u will see the windows of ur kiosk

try to clean install and load version to your G4x that u think applicable for the noritsu...try step by step v4.0 to v5x

do you have laptop or pc?try to used pc/laptop and print the pictures that u have print to gs compact no correction you will do.... if the problem is still exist try to pm me...

i think sir the problem is either the platen roller "if it is on the machine parts" or the belt tension on the machine "for adjusted" hope i helped you

kcps is compatible on pc's ,netbook's and laptop's you need is the driver of kcps w/ the licensed and the 7000 printer driver
