  1. Is this possible and how can we do that?
  2. Yes, its the cutter. On mine it was a small wheel in the gear near the motor. Go in to diagnostic mode, open the front cover (careful - sharp parts on the cutter) and control if it goes from left to right and back again. On mine the plastic wheel was broken so the cam belt jumped over a notch
  3. Anyone have a broken 6800 with this wheel still intact? https://mail-attachment.googleusercontent.com/attachment/u/0/?ui=2&ik=4aa3275e5f&view=att&th=13b31feb2beeffc7&attid=0.3&disp=inline&realattid=f_h9wllce92&safe=1&zw&saduie=AG9B_P9jdHNHyqrgTjNfg9N40hj6&sadet=1353753700690&sads=e4CGX2gyt7VSV-EsNan5BHQY5NM
  4. Have you tried to clean the rollers with citrus cleaner? The rubber tends to get very hard after a while...
  5. I need spare parts for my 6800 photo printer. The gear between the cutter motor and the cutter belt is broken (the little plastic wheel glued to a brass wheel) Will try to attach a photo later - have none here now. But it is the wheel closest to the motor. Thanks, David (Norway)
