    Noritsu Calibration

I have a Noritsu HS-1800 with various film masks. We were flooded in Harvey and a lot of my masks went under water. I was able to rebuild most of them without any trouble. I got new stepper motors and cleaned off the corrosion and they work. The problem is with my 135MMC-II slide scanner. All the components work and test fine, but it won't auto focus. I had an ex Noritsu TSR come take a look at it and he thinks he can get it working again, but says we need the calibration masks to get it to work. the Height adjustment jig A060553-01 the Scanner adjustment chart (mount) Z019668-01 the AMC emission adjustment chart Z808669-01 I'm not sure if I need all of these, but Noritsu tells me they have to order the parts from Japan and they want a lot of money for just one of the charts. I was hoping we'd be able to borrow, rent or get someone to come into our store in Houston, TX to help us out. If anywone has a 135MMC-II that they don't use any more, we'd be happy to discuss taking it off your hands. Please let me know if anyone can help. Sp3000 Problem - 0346

Hello, I have a scaner SP3000 attached to Frontier375. It worked very fine for a few years, and now I can't scan a film, there is a message W-4336 (the focus position adjustement is not performed with this carrier). To do focus position adjustment, first I must do "Optical Magnification Calibration". How to perform it? I dont have a chart and don't know which chart I need. Please help!
  3. Hello, Have you ever tried to calibrate the Noritsu D1005? In the menu is an option with the Eye-One, But when I connect i1pro, I try an older driver Gretac - Eye-One, and later X-rite I1pro, so Noritsu writes that awaits a photometry. Thanks for help Zdenek

    Frontier 370 Colour Balance

Hi all. Id like to know if there is any way i can adjust the colour balance of the lab directly? The colours being produced are a little too yellow, there is a clear difference when compared to the screen and yes i know screens are not too accurate but, i can see that over 4-5 monitors and my own calibrated monitor that the printed result is too yellow. Trees look golden and not as green as on screen. This is only a slight colour difference but enough to cause concern, re-tanking and resetting all papers made no difference so im sure the machine is performing as well as can be expected of this old beast. So, if any one can recommend a good way to manually alter colour balance id be very grateful (if only at least, on digital prints via FMPC). Thanks in advance, matt.
  5. Hello Dear minilabhelp community, I'm requesting a little of your time to help me with a little problem with a [Fujifilm - Frontier 330 - slp 800 sc] minilab. Some days things are going good, no issues whatsoever and some others days (like today) things are turning very bad. No matter how many calibrations i try, it looks like the lab refuses to keep the correct settings. It happens with every paper types, every magazines and the problem appears to be totally random... Some times i can make a hundred prints without any problem and some others times, i can't do 2 or 3 in a row, without that kind of printing issues. Usually the lab gives me green(), then red(), then good() calibration test. 3 tests no more. But since a few weeks now, some pictures are turning green() or red(&) for no reasons. As You may notice, sometimes it's the whole picture, sometimes just a quarter and lately, just a little strip. I tried to recalibrate of course and the least i can tell is : that it's no working everytime... So my question is, do you think it's related to AOM Driver or Laser? I have a little idea because I looked through for forum for quite some times, but I wanted to show You examples in my case, to be "sure". Thanks in advance for any suggestions/advices!
