  1. Hi, about a year ago, the AD100 densitometer started to read abnormally. All the prints condition setup turns to cyan. So, I connected an AD300 and all works fine. But I want to keep de AD100 alive. A memeber of this forum send to me this link to purchase the replacement lamp: http://minilab.com.ua/shop/product_info.php?products_id=271547&language=en This item is not in stock now but the seller told me I have to pay it before and wait 3-4 weeks till the lamp arrives to his country (Ukraine) from Japan. - Does anybody bought any spare part to this seller? - Anybody change the AD100 lamp?
  2. Hi everyone, Last year, calibrating CA Type Fujicolor paper, the AD100 densitometer couldn't reach density measurement OK. So, I took an AD300 and measurement was OK. I want to know where to buy the AD100 lamp and which brand is it. Thank you.
  3. Hello, I seem to have a problem with the scanner section, or rather the lamp that needs changing? Supposedly it's a halogen, 150W, 15V lamp. I bought one with these exact parameters and the scanner won't take it. As it starts calibrating it, an error occurs and it stops. I tried a different one with the same result. And the problem is quite big as the current state of the scanned films is terrible. As the well lit photos are quite alright (though dull and weirdly colored), the darker ones turn out horrible (some examples of the scans in the attachments). Does anyone have any ideas what's wrong? I would like to avoid a visit from the service worker as he insists that the connections and the whole area where the lamp is is dirty and that's why. But I've cleaned it thoroughly many times and nothing's changed. Compared to my other, much older minilab, it's like night and day what comes out after it's scanned and/or printed...
  4. Hei! A colleague has on his Dks1550 burn out message. the problem appears if kis does not print 4 min. or more. If he keeps printing after less then 4 min. then is no problem. It does not matter if stop/go is green or red. Problem solution is right now restart the Dks program, then is no burn out messages unless he stops more then 4 min 1. Lamp changing is no solution 2. Term fuse near lamp is working, change it and it does not eliminated the error. 3. Lamp vent is working normally. 4. Magnet on the hood is OK. Could it be something with power ? but why is it then again okey if i restart only the program ? Maybe software ? Any ideas !
